• You will partner with client sponsors/ leadership to shape the change vision and translate it into a change management strategy and are responsible for these change deliverables – change plan, change impact assessment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and communications strategy, learning strategy, behavior change strategy, change effectiveness survey, business benefits realization, adoption and embedment strategy.

Business Development:

• You will partner with client sponsors/ leadership to shape potential areas of work where we can add value to our clients to solve their most pressing challenges. This includes understanding of client needs in terms of future of work, talent strategies, operating model, leadership and culture, and change management solutions that they may require.
• Lead the development of client proposals that fulfils the clients’ needs; this may either be a pure talent-related proposal or be a part of a larger system implementation proposal. The ability to work with a much larger technical team is required.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 10 years of change management and/or human capital consulting experience. Internal HR consulting or HR-related experiences would also be considered.

• Co-ordinate and assist the Property Executive/ Manager in daily operation of the M&E Services.
