Key Responsibilities

The Student Development specialist will play a crucial role in supporting both our signature Singapore competitions and the operations when the students participating in our competitions. This role requires a blend of planning, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to educational enrichment. Competition Supports:

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support all aspects of competitions, from venue management to program scheduling and participant engagement. Plan, design, and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.

- Identify and support the Singapore students/schools/parents needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Ensure smooth operations of Singapore competitions with the candidates and schools.

Reports to the Property or M&E Executive/ Manager with specific responsibilities for the smooth operation and efficient maintenance of all M&E system, equipment and facilities of the Property.
