Job Description

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 to 10 years sales and marketing experience, knowledge and technical competency in BMS / ELV / Security / Fire Alarm / Pro-sound / Audio Visual / Public Address Systems.

· Proactive, resourceful and eager to explore new business areas.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good contacts with Users/Property Developers/Consultants.

· Computer literacy in MS Office. Autocad will be an added advantage.

· Willing to travel when required.

Job Responsibilities

· Create product and functional specifications for the company’s products and promote to Users/Property Developers/Consultants for pre-tender requisites.

· Early identification of new projects and opportunities to promote the company’s products.

· Create list of projects from sales activities until tender, success is measured on whether specifications are used.

· Conduct market survey, analyze competitors’ activities and develop sales opportunities.

· Sales activities, road shows, exhibition and road shows.

· Prepare weekly/month reports to Sales Manager.

This position reports directly to the Programme Director. The incumbent’s primary roles relate to provide professional consultation and advice to our prospective students on our well-accredited programmes and other tasks as directed by the management team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent the Institute professionally to provide information on the academic programmes available;
• Drive enrolment for part-time and full-time academic programmes;
• Follow-up on leads, course applications, enrolments and payments via phone, email and social media platforms;
• Work alongside with the Management to achieve individual and overall team enrolment targets;
• Participate in roadshows, career fairs and programme previews;
• Work with team to achieve student progression numbers and revenue targets for local students;

As an e-waste marketing assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the marketing team in promoting and raising awareness about the company's e-waste recycling services. You will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition and retention.

Your general duties and responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research: You will gather and analyze data on the e-waste recycling industry, including customer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis. This information will be used to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
2. Developing marketing campaigns: You will assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This may involve creating engaging content, designing promotional materials, and coordinating with external agencies or vendors.
3. Managing social media presence: You will help maintain and grow the company's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media metrics. This will help increase brand visibility and engagement with potential customers.

Job Description:

1. To drive the Company’s truck for collection and transportation of wastes.
2. To comply with all Traffic rules, and to practice safe driving habits whilst driving the Company’s trucks.
3. To comply with all rules governing the transportation of hazardous liquids/chemicals on Public roads.
4. To comply with all anti-littering laws and to this end, ensure that proper containers, bins, drums etc, are used to hold the Waste, for safe transportation.
5. To ensure that the containers, bins, drums etc., are properly secured/lashed to the truck, before driving off.
6. To perform Operator’s Level daily maintenance of the Company’s trucks.
7. To monitor the Maintenance and/or LTA’s Inspection schedules of the Company’s trucks and to inform the Supervisor at least two (2) weeks before the due date.
8. To monitor the validity date of the Road Tax and/or Vehicle Insurance policy and to inform the Supervisor at least two (2) weeks before the expiry date.
9. To assist in the collection of waste from clients’ premises.
10. To assist in the unloading, segregation and storage of the Waste.
11. In discharging the above duties, to adhere to all Plant Safety Rules and to observe safe work-practices.

Requirements:

1. Possess Class 4/5 driving license (Good record)
2. With prime mover, vacuum truck or flatbed experience preferred.
3. Able to read and write simple English
