Job Duties:

1. Program Management:

• Act as Programme Exe for company-wide training programs, managing all the end-to-end activities relating to the effective and efficient delivery of the programs including the following:Maintaining registration and training records in the Learning Management System
  Learners communications (pre and post program) and publicity (e.g. eDMs)
  Process invoices for all assigned programs and funding claims for accredited programs
  Tracking and reporting of related training data (e.g. learner eval, enrolment and completion, budget usage etc.)
  Manage vendor relationships, contracting and scheduling
  Liaise with program owners/vendor on learner feedback and to periodically review SOPs to ensure program effectiveness and efficient delivery
  

1. Facilities Management:

• Manage room bookings for to optimise usage
• Oversee day-to-day training facility operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of all activities in the campus
• Manage catering requirements for associated room bookings
• Collaborate with IT and facilities team to resolve any issues (e.g. technical troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance) to ensure optimal infrastructure performance
• Manage overall campus resources (e.g. flip charts, stationery, refreshments etc.) to ensure adequate supply and provision in the rooms

1. Mailbox Management:

• Respond to enquiries related to training programs and campus usage
• Support the team in managing overall mailbox queries to ensure adherence to the team

1. Learning Management System Administration

• Jointly respond to system support requests to ensure administrators and learners are able to access and use the system for effective learning and delivery
• Act as an internal SME of the LMS to equip and support new administrators with the know-how to use the system to meet their BU/country’s learning needs
• Participate in any system testing and enhancements to continuously improve our digital learning ecosystem
• Support and administer connected applications, such as digital learning libraries and attendance platforms

• Undertake adhoc projects or any other training operations related work as needed

The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for owning the international franchisee relationship and recommending tactics and products to improve overall performance and profitability as it relates to a master franchisee’s technology profile. The Manager will oversee a team of technical consults and be the main point of contact for all technical implementations and monitor any issues or concerns. • Analyze existing customer engagement process and execute it successfully for international master franchise.

Monitor Implementation of Solutions, Mitigate Risk or Issues and Oversee Customer Feedback Program

• Manage all aspects of projects, including delivery, communication, and successful rollout and partner with cross-functional teams on execution.
• Act as Domino’s store technology expert and provide support to international stores
• Manage and implement standard process and tools to be used consistently for managing customer projects simultaneously.
