• Will aid and assist legal entity market risk coverage for MSCGS entity which is a Singapore incorporated Commodities focused entity.
• Responsible for market risk limits, trade approvals, day to day risk monitoring, senior updates.
• Designing stress testing scenarios and
• Liaising with global/regional market risk and FRM stakeholders.
• Interacting with trading, first line risk management (TRM), finance and other stakeholders.
• Ability to automate reporting, risk aggregation in Python would be a beneficial.
• Comfort in dealing with large amounts of data and ability to visualize data in dashboards.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years prior risk management experience.
• Knowledge of XVA and/or Commodities markets is a key benefit.
• Technical knowledge on derivatives pricing and risks.
• Credit and counterparty risk familiarity for XVA will be useful.

• Deliver exceptional customer service support through email and phone interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
• Manage and process customer sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Allocate stock and coordinate delivery arrangements for customer orders.
• Foster strong relationships through regular meetings and effective communication with customers.
• Address and resolve customer challenges, providing value-added solutions.
• Extract, organize, and analyze data for monthly reporting purposes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Introduce and promote new products to existing customers, fostering upselling opportunities.
• Handle additional tasks and participate in projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Preferably experience in SAP
• Previous experience in a customer service role, sales order processing.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing:

Ensure accuracy in customer orders, including product selection, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Manage order modifications, cancellations, and returns/exchanges per company policies.

Logistics Coordination:

Liaise with logistics and shipping teams to organize efficient order dispatch and delivery.

Documentation & Records:

Maintain detailed records of orders, invoices, and customer communication for audits and follow-ups.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with sales and finance teams to address pricing discrepancies, credit issues, or payment delays.

Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve order management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Billing & Returns Management:

Manage weekly billing, month-end closing, and sales revenue alignment.

Maintain return material registry for credit notes and volume accountability.
