- Provide client service support for retail network and E-commerce

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, Carousell, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls.

- Assist in scheduling customers’ jewelry repairs.

- Process E-commerce orders from beginning to end.

- Ability to handle complaints/feedback competently.

- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented.

- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.

• Good spoken English, Mandarin, Bahasa, and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Passionate about helping others and driving client satisfaction
• Dynamic, energetic, positive, and driven to exceed targets
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Preferably previous e-commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self-motivated drive to excel is important
• General interest in working on different platforms, and a good knowledge of Excel
• Candidates must be willing to work on Weekends and Public holidays
