• Responsible for entire NPD process; from concept initiation to completion, for both new product and reformulations.

JOB SUMMARY

• The Head of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for all Procurement and Vendor Management (VM) matters. This includes setting and execution of the SCM Global Category Strategies and Cluster-specific strategy, partnering closely with the businesses and functions to ensure their requirements are met, ensuring close management of Commercial and TPRM issues and driving the bank’s Supply Chain Sustainability ambition. Strategy

• In partnership with the Global Category Management team, set and drive the strategic priorities for the Singapore+ASEAN cluster to achieve cost effectiveness for external spend with suppliers that can materially contribute to customer needs for innovation and service excellence
• Become a key partner to cluster senior stakeholders to leverage 3rd parties for the benefit of the businesses, via additional efficiencies, innovations and market intelligence.

• Drive efficiency of end-to-end vendor management processes, by utilising world class systems and tools which the Bank is implementing (SAP-Ariba).
