Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of sub-contractor agreements and ensure adherence to the project timeline, quality standards, and budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing sub-contractors in large-scale construction, engineering, or EPC projects. Similar experiences can be considered.
• Proven track record in managing sub-contracts for projects, vendor, suppliers
• Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Job Descriptions

• Supervise, coach and ensure smooth daily operation of the Front Office operation
• Be proactive in thinking, to be able to react fast to problems, and to make sound management decisions
• Ensure that all VIP arrival rooms are checked and the amenities in the room prior the guest’s arrival
• Welcome and bid farewell to all VIP guest

As the key driver of the outlet, he/she will be responsible for leading a team of full-time and part-time service crew and baristas to meet and/or exceed sales revenue, and to deliver a high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities:
