Origination/Execution

• Assist deal teams (or lead workstreams) through due diligence of transactions following NBC approval. Work collaboratively with respective transaction leads to ensure a transaction is appropriately structured and presented to Credit Committee for approval.

About the Team

TikTok's E-commerce Governance & Experience (GNE) team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our merchants, creators and community. As a Policy & Program Manager, Emergency Response within GNE, you will play an impactful role in building and scaling policies and programs that enable TikTok E-commerce to keep our platform safe and in compliance with local laws. Responsibilities

Qualifications

2. Experience in and/or demonstrable knowledge of legal/regulatory/safety risk management, incident/crisis management, public relations, or public policy is highly preferred. Understanding of global selling e-commerce regulations, and online content safety issues are a plus.
