• Degree in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering; or equivalent.
• Candidate who possesses certification in project management (PM) and food industry work experience will be added advantage.

· Attend/Chair project kick-off meetings, daily meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other parties;

· Update and summarizes all project development performance in monthly management meetings;

· Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors on contractual matters;

· Ensures timely response to consultants’ and all other requests in a pro-active and timely manner;

· Provides effective leadership to team members through coaching, mentoring and motivating on an ongoing basis and ensuring that good team work and esprit-de-corps exist in the Project team;

· Ensures that all project documentation are maintained effectively including email communication;

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Campaign Manager works with both their clients and their team to ensure the efficient and effective running of their accounts. They clearly understand their clients’ objectives and requirements, the commercial terms of their retained accounts and projects and level of resource required to service the accounts. Client-facing, Campaign Managers translate quick but creative thinking into decisive action; providing team management, delegation of tasks and exceptional media relations skills.

Core Responsibilities

Client Management

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, establishing self and TEAM LEWIS as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services
• Manages all communication with the client and ensures deadlines and service agreements are met consistently by the team
• Works closely with the client and Campaign Director to regularly review account performance, identifying and communicating opportunities for additional PR, marketing and digital services

Media Relations
