Requirements:
- Minimum diploma
- 3 years or above experiences in ACMV, especially in air-conditioning industry
- Able to use AutoCAD or other related software for ACMV Design
- Able to communicate Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years in ACMV Sector

1. To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shopdrawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
2. To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
3. To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
4. To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
5. To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
6. To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
7. Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
8. Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
9. Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
10. To study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
11. Understanding of critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
12. Must be a team player and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
13. Strong oral and written communication skills.
14. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated.
15. Able to provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.
16. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

· Managing parts of construction projects

· Study construction drawings details and coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any site issues.

· Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

· Inform Project Director or Project Manager on any site problems arising.

· Supervising the progress of work on site.

· Reporting work progress to the necessary parties.

· Coordinate of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work on site is on schedule.

· Providing technical advice and solving problems on site

• Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
• Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications
• Identify issues and escalate to Project Management well ahead of time
• Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately
• Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
• Responsible for working safely and meeting the EHS regulations on site

Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.

- Degree holder with about 5 years’ experience or Diploma holders with 8 years’

experience in design and implementation.

- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

- Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently

- Good interpersonal/communicational skills

- Experience as a consulting in the construction industry is a pre-requisite
