The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of industrial automation control systems, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and digitalization.
• Automation Systems Expertise: Proficiency in programming and working with PLC, SCADA, HMI systems, preferably using Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware/AVEVA platforms.
• Control Panel Design: Experience in designing and developing electrical architectures and control panels for industrial systems.
• Knowledge of Communication Protocols: Strong understanding of various communication protocols used in industrial automation (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC).
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with automation technologies specific to the Pharma, Oil & Gas industries is an advantage.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Ability to provide both onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting during the execution of automation projects.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients both locally and internationally.
• Flexibility & Problem Solving: A flexible approach to work, with strong problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges during project implementation.
• Growth Mindset: A willingness to continuously learn and develop skills to grow within the company and the field of industrial automation.
