What will you do?

• Take charge of technical projects and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects
• Work closely with project management and experience design team to deliver project outcomes
• Contribute technically to projects

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience with Java Technologies
• Software support and maintenance of deployed products and solutions
• At least 3 years of total software engineering experience with a thorough understanding of commercial software product development.
• Customer oriented and skilled in developing a strong understanding of customer needs and marrying those with optimal technology solutions
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and SQL
• Ability to manage a hosting environment, including database administration as well as scaling applications to handle load changes
• Understanding of front-end web technologies
• Experienced in developing on Unix/Linux environments
• Enjoy constant learning and working with new technologies
• A Pass in ICT Assessment Certification for Solution Architect or Software Developer by NUS-ISS is strongly preferred.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer (ID6030)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am-5pm

Salary: $2600 - $3000

Job Description

• To attend weekly meeting and presentation

• To write technical report

• To handle specific jigs during service jobs

• Assist senior colleagues to perform higher-level job like robot teaching & sub-units

• To perform 24x7 standby duties based on roster

• To perform ad-hoc shift work when needed when required.

• To perform ad-hoc delivery work

Requirement:

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical /Microelectronics Engineering. Might consider ITE with experience

• Cleanroom working experience preferable but not a must

• Machine setup/installation/modification/servicing/trouble shooting/repair

• Willing to travel occasionally

• Able to work irregular hours when required

• Demonstrate ability to work effectively with team members and customers

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Work in consultancy firms with design experience in Data Center will be an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems including MV/LV power distribution, ELV and other related systems.
• Strong Project Management and technical skills with proficiency in CAD software

Description:

• Hardware Skill – Desktop, Laptop, Printer and Scanner

• Windows OS (Experience in Windows 10 will be an advantage)

• Good to have healthcare environment experience.

Requirements:

• Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification, and escalation.

• Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.

• Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software are Windows 10 OS or any standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc.

• Installation of Apple IPad software’s.

• Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and MAC – move, add, and change.

• Printer Maintenance.

• Take on and resolve complex calls or tasks the other engineers could not resolve.

• Responsible for learning and working independently.

• Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
