As the Research Engineer (Equipment/Operations), you are directly involved in tool installation activities for semiconductor process tools. You would need to work proactively to coordinate with the contractor on the ground for the execution and take corrective and preventive actions of lessons learned, due diligently to prevent reoccurrence. Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for packaging solutions and design, defining performance criteria for signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and thermal performance.

2. Optimize power performance in packaging design, focusing on PI and SI parameters.

3. Manage collaboration and technical communication with packaging and testing vendors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science,

or a related field.

Work experience requirements:

• Must have minimum 12 years of work experience in medium/large sized brownfield and/or greenfield projects in the Upstream Oil and Gas / Wind energy sector and possess a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, internal and external interfaces.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science or equivalent field with 5+ years or MS degree with 3+ years experience, or equivalent.
