Responsibilities

· Assure sites are properly stocked with test tools. And test tools are periodically calibrated per AT standards.

· Participate in the Factory Acceptance Testing in the lab and preparation of FAT plan.

· Lead site commissioning activities of radio-based train control systems, including Functional tests and System Acceptance Test (SAT) and System Integration Test (SIT) and ensure that all interfaces to the signalling system are appropriately tested.

· Lead test and commissioning of the On-Board, Wayside, and Radio system system

· Liaise with Engineering / supplier for any design changes and modifications necessary subject to test results

· Record, report, and endorse test results when appropriate.

· Ensuring that testing activities are carried out in timely, logical and cost effective manners.

· Work with Engineering team for the evolution of drawings (ie. mark-up, change order, and transmittals) until the as-build stage.

· Develop productive relationships with client’s teams to ensure successful handover and post-implementation operation of projects.

· Plan and schedule site ITC activities in accordance to the rolling programme, that align with the master programme

· Produce red correction based on the released drawings and correct and rectify failures occurs during T&C phase.

· Raise NCR(None Confirmity) / MNCR (Material None Confirmty) / Fault report during fault found.

· Consolidate / track the following; records, software, hardwares, field changes.

· Implement field change orders

· Prepare installation and test and commissioning procedures / method statement for the communication-based train control system

· Verify the quality of installation works and raise concern if there is a quality issue.

· Troubleshooting, analysis in case of any issues encountered.

· Able to have a good collaboration with the vehicle testers and wayside testers during interface testing.

· Lead / Support the department for the payment milestones related to the test and commissioning

·Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

·Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Team Lead of the Security Operations Center, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to potential security-related risks targeting the Group. The candidate should possess the background and knowledge necessary to discuss incident response activities internally and support security incident investigations. This position requires 24/7 shift work, including graveyard shifts.

Principal Job Functions

1. Cybersecurity Event Monitoring: Monitor global cybersecurity events and escalate to the L2 team if relevant events are observed.
2. Security Tool Analysis: Perform monitoring, risk assessment, and analysis on security tools such as anomaly detection systems, firewalls, antivirus systems, and proxy devices.
3. Incident Response: Follow predefined actions to handle security alerts, including escalation to the L2 team and other support groups.
4. Ad-Hoc Task Execution: Complete daily ad-hoc tasks or lead small projects as necessary.
5. Documentation: Participate in daily and ad-hoc documentation-related tasks.
6. Operational Reporting: Create and maintain reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as weekly and monthly metrics.
7. Vulnerability & Threat Assessment: Perform the assessment phase of the Vulnerability & Threat Management process.
8. Threat Intelligence: Receive threat intelligence from subscribed feeds and update the Threat Intel knowledge base.
9. Incident Investigation: Support any security incident response investigation within the Group, regardless of location or environment.
10. Methodology Improvement: Work closely with the Team Lead to review, provide feedback, and implement improvements in Security Operations methodology.
11. Ticket Management: Ensure all logged tickets are closed correctly and in a timely manner.
12. Routine Reporting: Submit routine reports on threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents handled by the Security Operations Center.
13. Runbook Maintenance: Keep the Security Operations Center’s runbooks and procedures up-to-date.

Recommended Prerequisites

1. Experience: 3+ years in security operations, preferably with incident management experience.
2. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the banking industry is advantageous.
3. Technical Skills:Familiarity with security products and network devices.
   Extensive experience with network security practices, including intranet, extranet, and internet access.
   Technical experience with operating systems like UNIX, AIX, Linux, and Windows.
   Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, web, and wireless security architectures and enterprise-grade security solutions.
   Knowledge of encryption and authentication methods (e.g., 2FA, DES/AES/RSA, Digital Certificates, SSL/TLS, IPSec) and DMZ development.
   Understanding of intrusion detection (deep TCP/IP knowledge and cybersecurity), various operating systems, and web technologies.
   Ability to read and analyze packet-level data, manage Network/Host Security products (NIDS/NIPS, firewalls, HIPS, AV, scanners), and understand security events.
   Proficiency in vulnerability assessment and management, as well as application penetration testing or forensic analysis.
   
4. Certifications: Preferred certifications include those from EC-Council, GIAC, (ISC)² [e.g., CISSP, CEH, GCIA, CCNA].
5. People Skills:Performance-oriented, always aiming to exceed past achievements.
   Ability to work under pressure in critical situations.
   Collaborative attitude, capable of working effectively with peers.

Scope:

• Provide supervision services for all geotechnical works to ensure that contractors complies with contract/authorities'/agencies' requirements
• Oversee the geotechnical team and personnel
• Review all drawings and specifications and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to OIC and the QP(D)s and QP(S)
• Review and comment on all construction method statements, risk assessmentsfor works, workplans, design for safety (DfS) workshop and SOP proposals
• Provide all relevant endorsements required by authorities/agencies/client
• Assist QPD for application of TOP and CSC
• Prepare site supervision plan and supervise all works directed by OIC
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and prepare necessary site progress and status report for update to client
• Adhere to regulations and requirements of all stakeholders for any supervision work while ensuring proper supervision
• Monitor contractors' safety performance and participate actively in site safety management
• Conduct roving safety inspections, emergency & incident response and facts finding
• Report any accident/incident/near miss on site

Requirements

• Accredited with Resident Engineer certification under Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry Course (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent
• Registered as Workplace safety and health officer with MOM
• Minimum 10 years of experience , of which at least 8 years in major construction works in tunnels and deep excavation and foundation
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiar with all procedures in the Workplace Safety & Health Manual

• Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s)
• To provide administrative control on the site staff, instil and maintain discipline, and punctuality, keep daily records of staff attendance, keep records and process the staff leave entitlement, sick leave, in-camp training and other matter concerning the site staff administrative matters, discipline and welfare.
• To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.
• To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the Superintending Officer.
• To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.
• To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure complies with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with the agreed method and safety and health regulations.
• To inspect completed work and prepare defects list if necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural engineering recognised by PEB
• At least 8 years of civil engineering experience, of which 5 years must be of Geotechnical such as tunnels,deep excavation and foundation, including works such as installation of monitoring instruments and collation of monitoring data
• Possessed a valid RE Cert
