Principal Job Functions

Scope:

• Provide supervision services for all geotechnical works to ensure that contractors complies with contract/authorities'/agencies' requirements
• Oversee the geotechnical team and personnel
• Review all drawings and specifications and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to OIC and the QP(D)s and QP(S)
• Review and comment on all construction method statements, risk assessmentsfor works, workplans, design for safety (DfS) workshop and SOP proposals
• Provide all relevant endorsements required by authorities/agencies/client
• Assist QPD for application of TOP and CSC
• Prepare site supervision plan and supervise all works directed by OIC
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and prepare necessary site progress and status report for update to client
• Adhere to regulations and requirements of all stakeholders for any supervision work while ensuring proper supervision
• Monitor contractors' safety performance and participate actively in site safety management
• Conduct roving safety inspections, emergency & incident response and facts finding
• Report any accident/incident/near miss on site

Requirements

• Accredited with Resident Engineer certification under Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry Course (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent
• Registered as Workplace safety and health officer with MOM
• Minimum 10 years of experience , of which at least 8 years in major construction works in tunnels and deep excavation and foundation
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiar with all procedures in the Workplace Safety & Health Manual

• To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s)
• To provide administrative control on the site staff, instil and maintain discipline, and punctuality, keep daily records of staff attendance, keep records and process the staff leave entitlement, sick leave, in-camp training and other matter concerning the site staff administrative matters, discipline and welfare.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural engineering recognised by PEB
• At least 8 years of civil engineering experience, of which 5 years must be of Geotechnical such as tunnels,deep excavation and foundation, including works such as installation of monitoring instruments and collation of monitoring data
• Possessed a valid RE Cert

• Support component selection, engineering evaluation, and testing of parts and sub-modules for vision inspection equipment.
• Develop electrical parts and sub-modules for vision inspection equipment.
• Update product design documents, drawings, and BOM (Bill of Materials).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in CAD software for electrical and schematic design, as well as PC hardware, Windows OS, and software.
• Knowledge in PCB/PCBA design, fabrication, and testing processes is an added advantage.

Our Sr Reliability Engineers have experience in using Physics-of-Failure based approach to develop and implement both analytical and empirical approaches for product quality/reliability risk identification and assessment during product design, manufacture as well as deployment stages. They drive AWS application-specific requirements in carrying out both lifecycle environmental and operational stress driven risk analysis, including thermal, electrical, chemical and mechanical stresses so to identify overstress and fatigue-related product weaknesses. Evaluate product design quality/reliability risks and assess electronics manufacture process related quality/reliability issues.

They drive critical component identification and the associated vendor selection and qualification requirements. Using their knowledge of process capability for electronic component production as well as system-level performance requirements to establish critical to quality and reliability metrics, they develop datacenter system level reliability model and related reliability quantification and risk analysis for datacenter configuration optimization.

During sustaining stage, you will be responsible for monitoring product performance in the field and will be responsible to drive root cause analysis of any critical failures and the associated corrective and preventive actions. Basic qualifications
