DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Tender new projects;
2. Quantity take-offs, estimation, prepare tender submission, cost planning, sourcing of subcontractors, forecast budgeting;
3. Preparing and analysing costings or tenders
4. Providing advice and forecasts on costs;
5. To prepare subcontract award, negotiate commercial terms and conditions for new contracts;
6. To review progress of all construction projects and advise Project Team on contentious matters on contractual rights and obligations;
7. To handle, manage and represent top management in all legal matters, litigation, dispute resolutions proceedings and commercial negotiation of the Company;
8. Prepare monthly progress reports on claims and pricings;
9. Prepare MCI list
10. Prepare and monitor cashflow
11. Compile and submit Extension Of Time Claims;
12. Prepare and monitor project budget;
13. Attend Client / Consultant meetings;
14. Review and approve subcontractor payments;
15. Review and advise on monthly progress claims;
16. Review and submit Variation Orders for submission
17. Prepare Pre-qualification for submissionï¼›
18. Manage contractual disputes and claims;
19. Review and advise on Subcontract Agreement;
20. Negotiate Procurement for machinery and construction materials for projects with Subcontractors on scope of works, pricing and terms and conditions;
21. Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Project Managers, Site Supervisor, Subcontractors & Suppliers when required;
22. Preparation of prequalified bidders for comparison, cost analysis, negotiation and awarding of subcontractors; 23. Preparation and settlement of final account for main contract and subcontracts.
