Prepare structural design calculations to comply with code

Computer literacy and able to operate Autocad Drafting Solution

Review and approve shop drawings for works (e.g., curtain wall ), and collaborate with consultants, the construction team, and authorities.

In charge of structural design of works.

Take the lead or assist the project department in addressing design-related issues, while managing and resolving production, quality, design, engineering, and scheduling challenges.

Requirements:

At least Degree and fluent English.

At least 3 years in structural design.

Proficient knowledge of structural design, analysis software.

Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with a notable record of mixed development, residential and commercial projects. They’re now looking for Senior/Structural Design Engineers/Technical Engineers/C&S Engineers for their building projects during an exciting time in their development.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in the design and coordination of the structural aspects of our construction projects.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure that all structural elements are designed to meet project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the design complies with all requirement
• Prepare and present technical engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications for project designs.
• Participate in the value engineering process to ensure cost-effective and efficient design solutions.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for the senior position
