We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Resident Engineer for a 2-year renewable contract based in Woodlands. This role requires candidates to be open to working a 24/7 rotating shift schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow ITSM processes and procedures related to Support Operations.
• Ensure all communication with customers is professional, prompt, and courteous.
