• Proficiency in containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes, with practical experience in production deployments. Hands-on experience with Openshift is an advantage
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation) for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure]
• Strong understanding of Linux server administration, with scripting proficiency in Bash
• Solid knowledge of virtualization and networking concepts, including firewalls, DNS, and load balancers
• Familiarity with GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux) for automating infrastructure and application deployments
• Enhance developer productivity by maintaining efficient and developer-friendly CI/CD workflows, and optimizing build times
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/Opensearch/Elasticsearch

• Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer
• Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
• Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
• Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
• Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
• To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Report to Project Manager.

· Assist Project Manager to ensure that site activities are executed in accordance with job specifications, within budget and time schedules.

· Prepare Material Take offs, design calculation, project scheduling, equipment proposal, technical submission and drawing.

· Tracking and updating status of submitted documents.

· Coordinate, monitor & execute site activities.

· Prepare Progress Reports and Claims.

· Prepare Method Statement, Risk Assessments, Safe work procedure for various installation works.

· Maintain ISO documentation & records.

· Procurement, receiving & checking of items/equipment/services.

· Oversees equipment installation works, resolving problems and upholding safety management.

· Strict compliance with company and authorities’ practices, policies, rules and regulations.

· Liaise with clients/sub-contractors/project team, for their needs and requirements.

· Attend all site / progress meetings.

· Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Environmental/Equivalent

· Singaporean/PR/EP/S-Pass

· AutoCAD proficiency

· 5 days work week

• Design/design management/coordination of infrastructure projects related to underground structures, deep excavations, and or civil works.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet client expectations and the basis of design.
• Liaise with Senior Engineers, QP and local authorities.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
