About this role
This Structural Engineer is required to undertake structural design for major projects and produce drawings and reports in line with structural specifications. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce practice. You will become part of the Asia Salesforce practice and you will be working on projects comprising of multi-disciplinary team members engaged in a range of Salesforce projects across different business verticals. Candidates for this role should possess strong Salesforce knowledge in the core clouds as well as possessing experience in implementing Salesforce within a broader business applications landscape.

The Salesforce Consultant supports pre-sales activities and end-to-end implementation of the software and if any hardware requested by the client and the delivery of the same. This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of the Client’s requirements and based on Salesforce product expertise and best practices, designing and delivering a robust Salesforce solution that meets/exceeds requirements and supports the business objectives by designing and developing the program in cloud for their different cloud modules.

Role Description

• Conduct workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, reviews etc)
• Capture, understand and analyse client user requirements and objectives
• Performs “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to align the Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs and advising client on solution options/offerings
• Design and conceptualize business solutions to support client needs
• Engage internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution delivery
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training materials etc)
• Conduct testing and training on implemented solution
• Forging trusting relationships with team members and client stakeholders
• Providing support in a pre-salescapacity (demos, proposals)
• Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions

Your Profile

• Minimum 7 years of Salesforce Development/ Enhancement/ Experience
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Scrience/Engineering
• Experience working in IT Consulting companies
• Client engagement experience in Singapore and APAC region
• Good analysis, critical thinking and solution designing skills
• Effective presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
• Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting; Project Management; CRM; Cloud technologies; Systems integration
• Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Certification is a must
• Any Business Analyst Certification is a plus
• Highly motivated, resourceful and success oriented
• Able to work in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-geolocation team
• Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected

• In-depth understanding of Subsea and DWDM technology, including open cables, WSS ROADMs, Branching Units, and Repeaters.
• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and problem-solve complex technical issues.
• Solid experience managing and switching Branching Units and Wavelength Selective Switching Branching Units.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex subsea power and grounding issues.
• Hands-on experience with CLS tools, test equipment, and managing landing party operations.
• Familiarity with DCN operations, management, network security, and architectures.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
