Job Description

• Carry out troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find out the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality get back to normal
• Respond to technical queries from operation personnel and provide advice/solution according to best engineering practice to address issues which affect the operation of the power plant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical field assistance in promoting spare part sales, maintenance, operation, equipment installation supervision and startup and/or shutdowns for all CPM processes. The Field Service Technician must have strong business and communications skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with the customer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Promoting aftermarkets/replacement spare parts or services for existing and potential new customers
