Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and design of facades, propose and value engineering of connection details, member sizes, preparation of structural calculation reports,
• Delivery of technical presentations
• Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, fabricators, suppliers and other project team members
• Site inspections
• Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master degree is plus
• Familiar with façade systems & material
• Proficient in common design tools, e.g. Autocad, Staad Pro, Strand 7, Mathcad…
• Familiar with BCA regulations & Euro codes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in façade engineering.

There are 2 permanent roles available. This is for an A1 Main Contractor.

Project location : East, Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of RFQ’s
• Source for quotation for materials and service
• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement for final account
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in QS or Engineering.
• At least 8-10 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects (For senior role)
• Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
• Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.
