Title: PC Support Engineer

JOB Description:

• Provide support to Amdocs internal users for IT related support

• Knowledge to support various Desktop and Laptop models available in Amdocs

• Image Amdocs Laptops and desktops with the Amdocs image

• Should use the internal CRM application to log new cases & update progress on existing cases in a timely manner

• Knowledge to support windows related issues escalated by Remote Support

• Manage ServiceNow incident and request workflows by taking ownership, prioritizing incoming work, and delivering services meeting defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines

• Resolve and respond to user questions received via ServiceNow, email or other collaboration methods meeting defined OLA and SLA

• Use technical knowledge bases(internal & external) to resolve technical issues & collaborate on issues with relevant teams as required

• Support meeting/conference room IT infrastructure

• Vendor management – Deal with various desktop/laptop vendor to support existing requirements and plan for future requirements.

• Initiate procurement requirements for new PC/Laptop devices to support existing and growth requirements

• Need to be on call after office hours and during weekends for any major disruptions in IT Service

• Document new procedures as well as maintain documentation on troubleshooting and technology, contribute to the knowledge base as required

• Collaborate effectively and closely with end users, IT stakeholders

Requirements:

➢ Required Skills/Domain Knowledge

• Must have minimum 1 year to 2 year of technical support experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge to remote support tools like Windows Messenger, RDP, Net Meeting, SCCM

• Excellent knowledge of PC & laptop hardware

• Expert knowledge of Windows7, Windows 10 operating system.& Mac OS

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows Exchange messaging system

• Intermediate knowledge of backup systems like OneDrive, Druva.

• Intermediate knowledge of O365.

➢ Preferred Skills/ Domain Knowledge

• Windows System Administration. (Windows 7, Windows 10)

• PC/Laptop support

• Hardware knowledge of laptop, Desktop, printer

• Good knowledge of MS suite of products like MS 365

Assistant Electrical Engineer responsibilities include:

• Lead all the ACMV System projects, critical analysis of device and system installation and execution of testing and preventive maintenance activities
• Provide technical advice and recommendation during key project implementations ensuring potential issues are identified, mitigation plans are determined and process efficiencies are measured post project launch
• Demonstrate accountability and effectively manage a team of technicians by providing clear, concise instructions, prioritization of tasks, coaching and full understanding of task objectives and delivery
• Oversee resourcing and plan allocation of work assignment to the team to ensure appropriate capacity in carrying out all tasks
• Collaborate and initiate innovative solutions to senior stakeholders and the management teams to achieve business requirements and deliver the desired outcome
• Provide support with building engineers and contractors in the design, review and analysis of building blueprints prior any ACMV System installations or modification activities to ensure that all safety and regulatory requirements are strictly adhered to.

Requirement:

• Preparation of detailed schedule and monitoring the progress closely to ensure on-time completion
• Prepare detailed method statements and relevant documents

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in the construction & supervision of vehicular structures and road projects preferably with LTA infrastructure projects
• Should have technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction especially in foundation, structural, ERSS and viaduct
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Attained CSCPM/BCSS, Work At Height, confined space certification would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network and server systems
• Single point of contact with customers/users, resolver groups, third party service providers
• Managing incidents/service requests reported by users

Job Requirements

Experience within an HVAC Controls/DDC/BMS environment in particular within Commissioning and/or Service

Experience in programming of BMS/HVAC controls

Experience in Modbus/BACnet high-level integration to third-party systems i.e. metering, SCADA, HVAC equipment

Experience with IT/Networking setup and commissioning including workstations, servers, switches, routers etc

Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, Visio

• Oversee and be accountable for the site automation system.
• Implement automation and control tasks for plant modifications, capital projects, and other improvement initiatives according to specified requirements, budget, and facility qualifications in line with site-approved procedures.
• Lead the planning, execution, and resource management of plant automation maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of breakdowns, including external support when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Process/Food industry.
• Proficient in PLC (ABB 800xA, Schneider and Siemens)
• Well-versed in control systems, with proficiency in both maintenance and plant commissioning.
