Job Description

SepPure Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Engineer to join our Applications Team in Singapore. The Research Engineer will work closely with the team to develop flatsheet and hollow fibre membranes for organic solvent nanofiltration applications. The Research Engineer will also be required to plan and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of membranes, based on robust engineering and scientific techniques. The Research Engineer may also be required to assist in the evaluation of data and provide recommendations for membrane development.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with 7 years of experience
• Experience with an Oil & Gas engineering company handling Onshore and Offshore projects
• Experience in coordinating and serving as the focal point for Mechanical Equipment procurement including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meetings and liaison with mechanical package engineers and Client engineers
• Knowledge of multi discipline execution of Offshore projects
• Knowledge of 3D CAD and other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE and Navisworks
• Knowledge of Digital delivery of projects is preferred

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing cloud infrastructure, optimizing performance, ensuring security, and delivering high availability. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Monitoring cloud resources for performance and cost optimization using automation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving cloud and Microsoft 365-related issues. Developing and maintaining configurations of cloud services, specializing in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and/or .NET for Microsoft 365 administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Graph API capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and services, including:

2. SharePoint Online
3. Teams
4. Intune (MDM)
5. OneDrive for Business
6. Blackberry services

• Experience with security and compliance in Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing and subscription management. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with data migration projects to Microsoft 365 services.
• Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager).

• Support in the preparation of reporting for internal or external usage.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments, such as, conduct training, attend customer meetings, etc.
• Liaise with customers on their complaints and take the lead in follow up actions.
• Coordinate, monitor, execute actions on operation problems and lift technical problems.

• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in lifts or related Technical Service industry.
• Good spoken and written English
• MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SAP experience an advantage but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, prototype, design, test, and integrate software solutions for various projects.
• Conduct requirements analysis, design, development, testing, system integration, and site integration for applications.
• Offer technical support, deployment assistance, and commissioning aid to Project Teams and Customers.
• Maintain and enhance the functionality of existing software applications.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting, testing, and fine-tuning of software applications, networks, protocols, and communication systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages, such as C/C++, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash, KSH, Batch, or PowerShell.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in at least one full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge or experience with REST, mapping engines, SCADA, and/or RDBMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in planning and executing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage design, implementation, and integration of control systems, SCADA, and PLCs to meet client needs.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and technical manuals.
• Conduct site surveys, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot system performance and integration issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and training to clients during implementation and handover.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in automation, control systems, or project management.
• Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC programming, and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
• Hands-on experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• PMP or Certified Automation Professional certification is a plus.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), mechanical & electrical or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
