• Provide guidance to Tunnel Engineers & supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
• Shall be required to work in Night Shift during Tunnelling

Qualifications:

Minimum degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in the relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in managing tunneling works of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.

Specific skills/abilities:

Microsoft Office fluent, CAD fluent, team player, compressed air fit

Your Role:

We're seeking an experienced Help Desk IT Support Engineer to join our Tenable APAC team in Singapore. You’ll provide onsite support at our office as well as remote assistance for the wider APAC region. Your main tasks will involve resolving technical issues, performing installations, upgrades, repairs, and backups, and ensuring smooth tech operations daily.

Your Opportunity:

• Provide Technical Support and answer queries from staff in person, over the phone, or through our ticketing system on all company-supported applications.
• IT Issues: Diagnose and resolve problems with computers, telephony, and network systems.
• Onboarding and User Management: Conduct IT onboarding for new hires, create/manage user accounts, and ensure configurations meet departmental needs.
• Equipment Provisioning: Set up and configure equipment for new staff across APAC, including provisioning and verifying with Hiring Managers. Resolve Compliance Tickets: Address vulnerability and non-compliance issues directly with end users.
• Documentation & Escalation: Document solutions for future reference. And route complex issues to relevant IT teams when necessary.
• Communication & Follow-Up: Clear communication keeps users informed throughout the issue resolution process.
• After-Hours Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
• Asset Management: Manage the local inventory of IT hardware.
• Work from office five days a week

What You'll Need:

• Two or more years of technical support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
• Experience supporting Apple Macintosh operating systems and applications with PC and Apple hardware.
• Experience with Active Directory and/or Okta.
• Experience using JAMF, Service Now for Ticketing and similar platforms, Bigfix, Google Workspace, supporting mobile devices, general knowledge of local area networks and troubleshooting.
• General knowledge of AWS Workspaces or similar environments. Experience with Linux is a plus.

JOB PURPOSE

To assist the Project Manager in design, project planning, construction and safety and quality management of projects and maintenance works to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety quality management, and project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.
• Prepare method statements, design plans, and specifications.
• Liaise with the stakeholders (e.g. clients, authorities, consultants) on permits, drawings, and design matters.
• Develop projected milestone and operational plans for different phases of the project which includes scheduling, monitoring and reviewing of the work of others.
• Determine project requirements and estimate resources such as manpower, materials and equipment.
• Ensure that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
• Ensure project meets dateline/schedule, safety & quality standards of client’s requirements. Support contract administration and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions, and agreements.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Familiar with Civil, Archi & Steel Structural Works
• Experience in process plants handling both consultants with client will be added advantage
