• Assist EHS & Facilities Senior Engineer in daily operational works
• Prepare all reports for submission
• Monitor, analyze and prepare daily reports and equipment health check reports.
• Liaison with all vendors/users.
• Execute any follow-up actions.
• Prepare interim incident reports.
• Prepare a master maintenance schedule and manage the deployment of resources as scheduled.
• Responsible to handle all projects upgrading and fitting out matters with supervision to completion and taking over.
• Any other works related to the operation of the building as assigned

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical & Air-Conditioning Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in project management and A&A works.
• Basic electrical, aircon, chiller, and air compressor knowledge will be an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge in MS Office
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate work on a tight schedule

Requirements:
