• Assists Lead Engineer in meeting with client in kick off meeting or other weekly meeting as and when needed;
• Provides guidance to the Assistant Engineer, Engineer in carrying out the design works;
• Visits Client site as and when necessary and as advised by Lead Engineer;
• Assists in technical report writing, compiling and coordinating;
• Assists Project Managers in achieving project completion within budget and on schedule;
• Addresses site issues related to design;
• Supports construction on solving process design issues. Visit site to check and analyses issues;
• Assists Project Managers in achieving project completion within budget on schedule;
• Able to work on alternate sundays whenever needed.
• Requirements
• Master Degree in Engineering (Civil)/Structural Engineering
• Must possess Construction safety course for project managers certificate issued in Singapore.
• Familiar with the Local authorities requirements for civil and structural submissions

Responsibilities:

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 1 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural BIM Models related projects.
• Well versed in Revit
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner.
• Knowledge in BIM is MUST
• Knowledge in Dynamo and have BIM Certificate will have an added advantage.

• Study engineering drawings and blueprints, determine the materials required and plan the order of tasks to cut metal most efficiently
• Construct patterns and templates as guides for layouts
• Lay out reference points and patterns on heavy metal according to component specifications
• Rig, hoist and move materials to storage areas or within worksite
• Assemble and fit metal sections and plates to form complete units or subunits using tack welding, bolting, riveting or other methods
• Set up and operate various heavy-duty metalworking machines such as brake presses, shears, cutting torches, grinders and drills, including computer numerical control (CNC) equipment, to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or otherwise form heavy metal components
• Install fabricated components in final product
