Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, operation, control and optimization of chemical / biological processes systems used in manufacture of API and biologic products.
• To be part of the commissioning and qualification effort of the process equipment and associated systems.
• Assist in Design, install and commission new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades and troubleshooting existing processes
• Participate in improvement efforts leading to higher process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards
• In a cGMP environment, lead modifications and changes to processes and equipment, troubleshooting, deviation investigation, identification and completion of corrective and preventative actions.
• Assist Senior Engineer in proposal and evaluation modifications to equipment, processes and operations to improve safety, increase efficiency and enhance company goals.
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers
• Actively engaged in developing specifications for process equipment and assist in FAT / SAT of related equipment as part of the new build-outs.
• Participate and lead, when required, in all investigations (contaminations, deviations, and discrepancies) relating to the manufacturing process.
• Provide operational support for the successful and uninterrupted operation of manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or a relevant discipline. At least 1-2 years related Pharmaceutical experience preferred. Fresh graduates or with pharmaceutical internship are also welcome to apply.

As a NAND CMOS Device Engineer, you will help set the direction for current and future CMOS technology for Micron’s NAND Memory Technology Roadmap!

You will work with the Design Team to set electrical targets and define transistor structures to meet these targets. You will guide the device technology development and be in close relation with Process Integration, Design Engineering, Design, Design Rules, Reliability, Transistor Modeling, TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design), and Parametric Test, to name a few! In addition, you will ensure that the developed technology is manufacturable and highly yielding and that these considerations are designed into the technology from the start.

Together with your peers, you craft and implement our NAND-CMOS roadmap and make sure to align to product roadmaps

• You give directions on how to improve our device portfolio, both in performance and cost effectiveness
• You define, execute, and analyze silicon experiments for future device generations
• Interface with Design Engineers to define transistor targets, deliver transistor models, and optimize critical layout constrained Design Rules
• Work with TCAD simulation group to develop strategies for transistor structures to meet targets
• You strive to ensure that transistor models are correctly targeted to anticipate final silicon
• Define electrical test structures for transistors, isolation, design rule verification, and process monitoring
• Highly motivated to ensure transistors are developed meeting the required reliability standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, PhD in Semiconductor Device Technology preferred
• 5 plus years industry experience in the field of CMOS device design, simulation, characterization
• Experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies
• Experience in developing Analog FETs operating at higher Voltages
• Preferred: Experience in the field of High Voltage applications, reliability, characterization, device development
• Understanding of analog design concepts
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent team and mentoring skills

Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing. Coordinates design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.

• Responsible for Company Wide Quality Assurance activities and serve as an effective link in the translation of customers’ requirement and our capabilities towards satisfying or exceeding customers’ requirements.
• Manage Incoming Quality Operation:

1. Testing, auditing & new sample verification activities.
2. Establish test plan and test procedure & ensure staff compliance accordingly.

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering discipline (Preferable in Quality Engineering)
• 2 – 3years’ of experience in Quality Assurance activities / operational
• Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
• Good analytical skill with ability to work effectively
• Good organizational, independent and leadership skills
• Decisive and good in problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
