Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and highly functional designs. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to use, delivering a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user interface requirements and ensure design and functionality meet business and user needs.
• Design intuitive, attractive, and responsive UI components and layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate and validate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve the user experience.
• Work with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions in the final product.
• Ensure design consistency across different platforms, devices, and screen sizes.
• Optimize user interfaces for performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Continuously monitor design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate the latest innovations into your designs.
• Create detailed design specifications and guidelines to help developers implement your designs accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues that arise during development, testing, and user feedback phases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Engineer with a portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, able to understand user behavior and provide data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• To report to project manager and to oversee implementation of projects.
• Review and check drawings before installation.
• Raise material request, order material & handle direct manpower management.
• Liaise with Consultants, Main-contractor, Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Architects and Authorities site inspections.
• To ensure adherence and implementation of O&SH measures at site.
• Manage multiple job sites, supervise and ensure works are following the contract specifications and authorities’ requirements.
• Able to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when required.

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.

· Minimum 5 Years and above working experience in ACMV/ M&E engineering is required for this position.

· Good interpersonal skills, self-driven, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

1. Deeply involved in activities of optical tester development and production, response to company product project management, formulate a project plan, execute and track management.

2. To lead the product program and project feasibility and reliability analysis review.

3. To bridge internal and external communication, collect the overall project needs, feedback on the stage results timely and allocate tasks reasonably.

4. To coordinate various cooperating departments to ensure the execution of the project runs smoothly, and be responsible for project cost management and project plan optimization.

5. To collaborate and solve the technical and quality problems of certification in the design and prototype manufacturing stage.

6. Responsible for collecting customer needs and allocating tasks reasonably, negotiating with customers when necessary and predicting unreasonable customer needs and communicating to solve them.

7. To report regularly and maintain effective interaction with the customer, internal teams and management.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Optical, Electronics, Mechanical, Software and Automation.

2. Open to fresh graduates without working experience

3. Strong communication and coordination skills and the ability and experience to respond quickly and respond to sudden abnormalities.

4. Willing to oversea business trip when required

• Interpret customer requirements
• Understand industry standards and specifications

• Negotiate procurement of materials, parts, sub-contract services and logistics

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline
• Working knowledge of industrial piping and related hardware
