JOB SUMMARY

• Familiar with the latest authorities’ design codes, specifications and requirements as well as submission procedures
• Able to be the design lead communicating and liaise with client and authorities while managing the team members design deliverable of drawings and reports.
• Able to liaise and coordinates with other design discipline/departments as well as managing sub consultants in preparation of drawing and reports for submission
• Able to communicate with clients and approving agencies for purposes of obtaining design information, presenting design intent and options and expediting approvals
• Able to supervise the team and carry out independent review of submission documents

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) – from a University recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore
• 1-2 years design experience in civil infrastructure works or transportation planning
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent technical and project management skills
• Usage of Microstation or Autocad design drafting tools; experience in Bentley design tools and transport modelling software will be an advantage.

• Data Processing: Develop and maintain data pipelines using Py-Spark to process large datasets efficiently.
• Data Warehousing: Utilise Snowflake for data storage, transformation, and optimization, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Workflow Orchestration: Implement and manage data workflows using Apache Airflow to automate ETL processess and Scheduling.

Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
