Your key responsibilities:

• Facilitate proper operation, maintenance, and restoration of global data network.
• Follow key operation procedure to progress and update Incident and change tickets
• Implement regular break fix related changes

Your skills and experience:

• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, GTM, LTM VPN, MP-BGP, OSPF Cisco ACI, Wireless technology; DWDM (ADVA), Multicast, HSRP, Spanning tree, VRF and DDOS.
• CCNA or other associate to professional level certifications.
• Technical ability to troubleshoot and progress complex IP networks and hardware problems.
• Liaison with Operations Level 1 Engineer, Operations Level 3 Engineer, other IT groups regionally and globally for support and resolution of high priority incidents.
• This role requires you to work in a 12-hour day shift. 4 days work, followed by 4 days off.
