Qualifications & experience

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Construction M&E.
• Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices (SMACNA, ASHRAE, SS COP, FSSD, NEA).

Tasks & responsibilities

• Systems Design & Calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and engineering design (BIM, CAD) following code and standards (SMACNA, ASHRAE, SS COP, FSSD, NEA).
• Obtain and review supplier/contractor's submissions for completeness, per specifications.
• Supervise and review site works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Preparation of schedule, monitor project progress and preparation of regular progress reports.
• Managing subordinates to maintain and ensure project quality and deliverables are met.
• Organising daily work records throughout the project to ensure progress and changes are tracked and variations promptly raised to stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior/Staff Analog Layout Engineer to contribute to the development of High-Speed Connectivity, Broadband Analog and Computing/Storage-Memory Data-Transport products (including functional blocks such as high-speed digital, multi-GHz ADC/DAC, PLL/DLL serial and parallel I/O, and clock generation/distribution for custom ICs). • Provide support and technical expertise to the various stakeholders to deliver an effective capital request to the executive teams for approval.
  
• Collaborate with site planning and other Teams to ensure used assets are considered before the commitment of any new capital expenditures, and identify opportunities for capital optimization.
  
• Balance the need to push for optimized capital plans against the monthly capital cycle deadlines.
  
• Act as a liaison between the sites and other Central groups, to establish and enforce business processes for a sustained and effective capital cycle, and help resolve conflicts as and when required.
  

Executive Capital Review

• Generate Biweekly and Monthly Capital cash flow update to leadership based on MOR, Loading scenarios, Cashflow adjustments and Projects activities.
