- Coordinate subcontractors and report discipline budget costs to the PM.
- Oversee workflows, interfaces, quality checks, and approvals for all discipline project documents, including vendor-related ones.
- Track and update scope of work changes and associated manhour/cost estimates.
- Provide technical support to procurement, construction, and other project functions.
- Assist the PM in technical client interactions (as delegated by the TM).
- Define and issue purchase requisitions.
- Ensure technical bid evaluations and vendor follow-ups.
Support construction inspection plans and vendor inspection test plans.

- Validate manhour and cost estimates.
