This is a good opportunity for an experienced Structural RTO to represent Cundall onsite for one of Singapore projects. He or She is responsible for supporting the Professional Engineers on the design and supervision of new erections, addition and alteration (A&A) work to existing buildings, earth retaining and stabilising systems, specialist designs for the facade, glass, demolition works etc, as well as temporary works. The role may also be required to conduct site inspections. Senior engineers would also provide guidance to other engineers and review their works

Responsibilities:

· Carry out detailed analysis and design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works;

· Prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities' submissions;

· Coordinate with various stakeholders such as clients, consultants, and contractors for projects; and

· Supervise and inspect construction works;

· Senior hires would require to provide guidance to other engineers and review their works

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized Institution;

· Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical skills in geotechnical and structural analysis and design work would be an advantage;

· A good knowledge of the application of design and drafting software such as Autocad, Staad Pro, Plaxis, Prota, and Tedds would be an advantage;

· Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply;

· More senior position requires at least 3 to 4 years of design experience.

· Passing FEE 1 and FEE 2 are an advantage for senior hires.

Job Description

· Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural, civil and structural and other related drawings from design drafts.

· Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for C&S works.

· Prepare and update 3D BIM model for submissions.

· Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate. scale for planning submissions and construction purposes.

· Coordinate with project team on tender and construction drawings.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

· Minimum 2- 3 years’ relevant experience in design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry.

· Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD.

· Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.

· Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
