Purpose of Job

The Product Management Engineer will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and WEO Corporation's core strengths. Job Duties

External: Customer & Market Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global MNC customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify opportunities for increasing sales revenue and market share.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Experience:

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product or Project Engineer.

· Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of liaising effectively across all levels and functions within the company, as well as with overseas teams and intermediaries.

· Demonstrable ability to understand and analyse market needs, particularly in optics, electronics, or R&D technology integration.

· Independent, proactive, and capable of working autonomously. A demonstrated ability to lead projects and show initiative is essential.

Qualifications:

• A background in Engineering is essential, with a preference for candidates with experience in Optics or a related field.
