TASK

• Coordination of country activities such as sales, service, administration, logistics etc.
• Timely production of reports, budgets and forecasts of the regional sales and service as required by VP. Together with the Sales Director coordination and follow up on sales budgets, forecasts from the various sales areas, Business plan Initiative targets in the area for the total yearly and quarterly budgets. Required Skills/Abilities:

· Deep technical understanding of wastewater, biogas, anaerobic digestion, renewable energy and/or waste management and recycling process.

JOB SUMMARY

• Guide the local (country) BD and Sales team to ensure the research new sources of trend information and analyse new product launch information to understand consumer preferences and trends
• In-depth market and consumer cross-category understanding
• Develop and deliver strategic goals and presentations to support commercial goals
• Work with Sales and Development to contribute to building of key account plans and regional category strategies
• Inspire creativity by experimenting with new tools and approaches to produce fresh insights and bring “newness” that drives differentiation.
• Establish road map aligned and supportive of category, development and commercial projects.

Marketing and Development Programmes

• Work with cross-regional counterparts to agree marketing programmes with global application and to align processes and organisation
• Lead design of marketing programmes to address client needs and differentiate Givaudan
• Initiate and guide development of new creative marketing programmes and new sensorial presentation techniques to strengthen fragrance messages
• Develop and implement best practice for resource management including mindset of efficiency

People Management

• Recruit, lead, guide and manage members of the Fine Fragrance team
• Lead and motivate colleagues to deliver creative and inspiring marketing-led solutions for clients
• Agree and manage the team’s financial budget

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering or other relevant field of study
• Minimum 10 years industry experience within relevant Sales, Marketing, Consumer Insights or Category Management including experience managing a team of which 5 years should be in Fragrance Industry ( fragrance categories are also welcomed )
• Fluency in English language
• Ability to build networks, to drive results through influence, to work in a matrix environment
• Knowledge of fragrance products, trends, key customers, and our competitors on a global and regional category level
• Experience developing and delivering a strategic vision for the fragrance category
• Sensory and Olfactory Skills: Demonstrates competent olfactory skills, can identify olfactory notes and communicate in fragrance language
• Experience building credibility and relationships with clients which includes an understanding of client strategy, priorities and launch processes
• Develops and delivers compelling and strategic presentations

The Coke Zero Director will support the Coke Asean & South Pacific (ASP) Marketing Lead in developing a vision and growth strategy for our Light/Zero portfolio.

Responsible for developing and co-leading with Global and other Operating Units (OU) network new brand platforms.

• Work with counterparts across Global, OU and Bottler networks to help develop and execute cohesive brand/category strategy and efficient consumer/shopper end-to-end engagement plan
• Work with Human Insights to define category insights, consumer segmentation and shopper segmentation strategies by channel/occasion.
• Develop a point of view on the creative strategy and innovation strategy for Coke Zero.
• Support the Coca-Cola Trademark (CCTM) Lead in developing LRP and ABP CCTM vision and strategic direction, and creation of quarterly business reviews and reports

This role will not have formal direct reports but requires leadership skills to lead the Zero Sugar agenda in ASP and the ability to engage with a large network of colleagues across The Coca-Cola Company, especially the Frontline Marketing (FLM), Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX), Commercial, bottlers, and global leads.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Create ASP vision and strategic direction for the Zero Sugar acceleration.
• Drive exponential growth by stewarding the brand portfolio and leading iconic programs
• Scale programs across ASP, with local relevance.
• In partnership with FLM, optimize DME resource allocation, marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Orchestrate engaging campaigns/initiatives to grow revenues and weekly+ drinkers.
• Accountable for overall engagement of the Coke team and inspiration of the OU and bottlers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Significant marketing experience (8+ years) with direct experience with brand strategy work.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with and understanding of consumer, business analytics and human insights.
• General management (P&L) experience and business commercial acumen are needed.
• Ability to develop brand and category strategy, deep consumer understanding.
• Ability to communicate, influence, and work with many stakeholders
• Ability to work in agile project-based teams.
• Must be comfortable with change and complexity.
• Multi-Geography experience or multi-country experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and communicate innovative approaches to marketing strategy and build buy-in across key internal stakeholders.
