What You'll Do:

1. Perform business and commercial reviews, asset/project valuation, and investment analysis to support the development of strategic plans and investment proposals from investee companies
2. Build, run and review the Financial Model. Prepare and review management presentations to propose project investment / acquisitions of assets / businesses regionally and formation of joint ventures to Investment Committee

What You'll Need:

1. Degree in Accountancy/ Finance with strong academic results
2. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, investments in energy or infrastructure assets, capital markets, audit or transaction services

Asia Zone
