We're looking for a Regional Sales Director, Singapore (RSD) who will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives. As the RSD you will be asked to drive revenue growth, retain and attract new talent, and grow your customer base within your assigned territory. • Develop and iteratively optimize the firm’s funding liability strategy, considering cost, channel diversification, maturity concentration, and impact to key liquidity and capital metrics, with a focus on APAC entities

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The Opportunity

We are seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Director, Conduct and Culture. As a member of the Fit and Proper Committee, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the suitability of new and existing agents and representatives. You will lead the company's conduct and culture agenda from a compliance perspective, ensuring initiatives are implemented to promote behaviors aligned with our values and regulatory standards. The role reports to the Head of Regulatory Liaison, Conduct & Culture.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess matters pertaining to fitness and propriety of new and existing agents/representatives as a member of the Fit and Proper Committee
• Drive the conduct and culture agenda of the company from a compliance perspective through timely identification and implementation of conduct and culture initiatives to improve awareness of sound conduct and culture behaviour based on the company’s values and regulatory outcomes
• Ensure that the company’s fit and proper, outside business activities and consequence management frameworks are sound, robust and effectively implemented
• Provides advise to business stakeholders on conduct and culture matters
• Works independently with minimal day-to-day guidance.
• Conduct trainings on conduct and culture matters
• When applicable, report irregularities to Management which may include Senior Management of the various business units we support.
• Involved in company or department initiatives, including policy and procedure improvements.
• Handle regulatory queries and engagements where required

What we are looking for

• Diploma or Degree in finance, business, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of related insurance industry experience
• Market conduct compliance background is required
• Professional qualifications such as FLMI, Diploma in Life Insurance, CMFAS Exams (M5, M9, M9A, CHI, M8, M8A), Diploma in Financial Planning will be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications; generally tech savvy
• Knowledge of key rules and regulations governing insurers and financial advisers
• Possess an ethical and tenacious mindset
• Ability to problem solve
• Collaborative attitude and team player

The Director of Food & Beverage, a key member of the hotel's leadership team, is responsible for strategically planning, directing, and managing all food and beverage operations. This includes overseeing multiple outlets such as restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and special events. The role is designed to ensure the highest standards of service and quality, with a primary focus on driving guest satisfaction while maximizing profitability and operational efficiency.

Job Responsiblities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and manage the entire food and beverage service team, including restaurant managers, banquet staff, and support teams.
• Develop and execute food and beverage strategies aligned with the hotel's vision and financial objectives.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative menus, beverage lists, and F&B promotions to enhance the guest experience and revenue generation.

Operational Excellence

• One of the top priorities of the Director of Food & Beverage is to ensure that the highest service, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained in all F&B outlets. This commitment to quality and guest satisfaction is a cornerstone of our operations.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure that all outlets run smoothly, promptly addressing guest feedback, complaints, or service issues.
• Oversee banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of weddings, corporate events, and social functions.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage the F&B budget, including forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability goals.
• Monitor financial performance, analyzing sales, costs, and profitability to implement corrective measures as needed.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive F&B revenue through promotions, partnerships, and innovative marketing strategies.

Guest Experience & Quality Control

• Maintain close interaction with guests to ensure satisfaction, personalized service, and the highest-quality dining experiences.
• Drive guest loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional F&B experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
• Develop guest feedback mechanisms to continuously improve and innovate food and beverage offerings.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive F&B management experience in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost-control strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving F&B profitability.

Qualification & Requirements

• A good degree in Life Science, Business/Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Management or other relevant field from a leading university.

• 15+ years of relevant working experiences in a senior management position in one or more of the following: Venture Capital, Business development/management/administration, investment facilitation, corporate finance or related areas.

• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated track record of work on issues related to enterprise development, e.g., Professional experience with a seed fund, business accelerator, or SME support organizations.

• Experience in creating public and private partnerships at national and international levels.

• Strong set of personal values including integrity, honesty and service orientation.

• Proven ability to lead, inspire, coach and develop the team, including people from different backgrounds and culture.

• Practical experiences in piloting, implementing, scaling up ideas/solutions.
