About The Role

We are searching for a Director, Partner Sales to lead our ASEAN and Greater China partner account team. The role will be based out of Singapore, reporting to the Vice President of Partner Sales, Asia Pacific. English and Mandarin speaking is essential to this role. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Sales Area Vice Presidents and key stakeholders to build the strategy to grow partner revenue, market expansion, and develop partner relationships to drive customer adoption in the ASEAN and Greater China regions.

Netflix seeks a seasoned and intellectually-curious music business affairs executive to join our team based in Singapore. This role will provide music business affairs support for our Content, Marketing, and PR teams covering Southeast Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and Chinese-language projects. This position will be based in our Singapore office, with periodic international travel.

A substantial part of the role will be overseeing, managing, and scaling the music clearance workflow for film and series content and for marketing and PR campaigns, from project conceptualization to launch. The role includes clearing music tracks with multiple rights holders, from quote, through negotiation, to signature–and, if clearance is not feasible, suggesting alternative tracks. In addition, the role will advise on a wide range of music matters, including CMO requirements, while keeping in mind the strategic goals of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

This person must have music supervision or music clearance experience. They must have in-depth knowledge of music copyright, and experience structuring, negotiating, and drafting master use and synchronization license agreements; library license agreements; composer, songwriter, and performer agreements; music director and music producer agreements; record label and music publishing waivers; and soundtrack album agreements. They must have strong contacts in the Southeast Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and/or Chinese-language music industry, including with record labels, publishers, libraries, production agencies, artists, songwriters, and managers.

• 15+ years in cloud security, particularly in developing, implementing, or architecting Microsoft M365 security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender solutions, and Microsoft DLP, including their configuration, deployment, and management.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects involving Microsoft cloud security implementations.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, Microsoft Information Protection Administrator, with CISSP / CCSP being highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel 25-50%, depending on the work and clients served.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to lead a team of engineers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively advocate key security requirements to senior stakeholders.

Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant + Solution Architect to join our team. You are responsible to be leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet the client’s business needs. You will be expected to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP technologies. This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop technical specifications and design documents for SAP projects, including customizations and integrations
• Lead and mentor SAP development teams, providing technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to SAP solutioning in pre-sales and project phases
• Engage with customers for scoping and requirements
• Support proposal preparation, analyse customer needs, and independently manage client relationships
• Take charge of proposals, ensuring alignment with sales strategy
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Builds a close working relationship with clients to enhance the image of the KPMG

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum of 12-15 years of SAP solution architect experience
• Experience in ECC to SAP S4 Hana migration
• Experience in leading BPR or Blueprint design – not just team lead role
• Deep functional domains knowledge in SAP FICO
• Functional experience in SAP FICO
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation or migration projects
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
