Summary

Reporting to the Vice President & Managing Director of APAC Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading a high performing sales and service organization in line with corporate and regional APAC strategy. You drive the commercial operations of both direct (India-West Asia and Vietnam-Indochina) and dealer markets (Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei) and deliver top line revenue and bottom line results. The Japan E2E Media Director will be responsible to:

• Developing strategy and media channel and sufficiency recommendations to ensure we deliver as per the set targets

• Oversee the full spectrum of the HR central resourcing of medical specialists from interviewing to on-boarding;
• Oversee the Total Performance Management for clinicians at cluster level which include ensuring data preparation, analysis and charting to calibration;
• Work with partnership with Centre of Excellence Manpower Planning & Analytics on specialist manpower planning in the cluster on manpower discussions at the clinical service line, monitor the manpower for the future, map out specialty pipeline and identify instability in the workforce, basic analysis of adequacy of manpower, craft and document discussion meetings as well as track the progress of this work;

• Lead, manage, coach and motivate the HR Executives to ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and services and
• Undertake projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements :

• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Arts or its equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience with a demonstrated track record in Human Resource function with outstanding management abilities and leadership.
• Team player, independent, resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Good numeric sense, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
• HR Experience in healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.

Job Description

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a sales strategy that will assist in hitting growth targets by growing our current customer base. You will do this by providing digital marketing strategy to our clients to help them reach their business and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Secure media budgets by building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders in customer business and media agencies via phone, tailored emails, in person meetings, events, social selling etc.
• Consult, advise and guide customers on how they can most effectively utilise LinkedIn’s marketing solutions platform at scale
• Help clients optimise and consult on media strategy to drive long term ROI
• Develop a sound understanding of your client's business challenges, competitive environment and needs; understand client's success metrics and develop campaign strategies to execute on LinkedIn platform
• Build relevant sales narratives that encompass holistic aspects of digital marketing, content marketing, branding and lead generation that help clients achieve their marketing objectives

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing or media
• 3+ years B2B sales experience growing Tech & FinServ customers in SG and/or SEA market

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through close collaboration with C-level and senior customers, building multithreaded relationships across customer organisation
• Experience managing and prioritising large portfolio of customer advertising budgets and campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and win deals via consultative selling
• Data driven storyteller - leveraging data insights to engage and convince client action and investment
• Strong understanding / experience of SEA media agency landscape a plus
• CRM and Engagement Tools (SFDC, Salesloft, Gong) experience a plus
• B2B sales experience in SEA markets a plus
• Fluency in a SEA language is a plus
• Understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation.
