Job Description:

1) Sales Leadership

The Senior Associate Director/ Deputy Director will be responsible for the review, prioritisation, commercialisation, and business development activities of NUS intellectual property (IP) in the Technology Transfer and Innovation (TTI) Department. • Work to develop and refine client specific strategies and account plans including sales targets, forecasting, relationship mapping/ strategies, whitespace opportunities as well as growing existing business lines.
• Create and develop key client executive relationships, up to the C-suite, at target clients, while building consensus across multiple functional areas.
• Identify, articulate and synthesize client needs in order to close complex and comprehensive outsourcing engagements.
• Articulate client business strategies/needs and overlay Concentrix’ solutions to develop a client sales strategy to drive revenue.
• Drive a holistic sales strategy that represents a breadth of services (customer contact solutions, analytics, software, etc).
• Analyze client’s business needs and customize Concentrix offerings to meet those needs, including innovative outsourcing service approaches and an ROI/cost benefit analysis.
• Lead a team of subject matter experts through the sales and delivery processes by collaborating to drive all solution elements including training, HR, implementation, IT and operations.
• Deliver positive results in a matrixed/ cross-functional environment, both internally and within client accounts.

• Successful track record of running multi-country and multi-continent client footprint and with distributed senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions and services sales; knowledge of contact center solutions is desired.

• Ability to travel worldwide (~35% travel; post-COVID-19).
• Demonstrated ability to identify client business problems, assess risks and profitability, drive the development of strong mutually beneficial account plans and define the appropriate internal resources (technical assistance, project management, alternate sales channel support).

• Required Education: BA/BS or similar work-related experience.

As the Commercial Director, you will responsible for spearheading our sales efforts and grow early adoption of the products as we build to be the market leader in the region. Leveraging your existing connections and leads, you will actively seek out new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as logistics, ports, airports, and other relevant sectors. Your expertise in solution selling and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the supply chain management domain will be crucial in driving revenue growth and positioning Venti’s autonomous vehicle technology as the go-to solution in the market.

Role responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients in the supply chain management space, including logistics providers, ports, airports, and other relevant entities.
• Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network and conducting market research to expand our customer base.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their pain points and providing tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our autonomous vehicle technology.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to develop customized proposals and address customer requirements.
• Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to the leadership team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to identify strategies for gaining a competitive edge.

Required experience

• Proven experience (15 years+) in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth in a hybrid/enterprise software and hardware business
• Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and closing large-scale customers partnerships with $5 million+ annual revenues
• Understanding of complex and challenging clients with the ability to engage at the C suite level and establish buy-in at all levels .
• Track record of leading the establishment and maintenance of partners and customers, and the building of revenues in new-economy technology-based products and services
• Deep high-level contacts within the logistics or an affiliated industry
• Knowledge of corporate partnership legal agreements, large negotiations, finding win-win operating structures, and working in long term partnerships with other companies
• A reputation for honest, fair and financially sophisticated relationships with partners.
• Personal integrity, commitment to people -- demonstrated relationship builder, passion for 360o excellence, strong analytical capabilities
