Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for wellness products or services to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities in the wellness industry.
• Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet goals.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet goals.
• Recruit and onboard new sales talent as needed.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and stakeholders in the wellness industry.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, offering personalized service and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.

4. Business Development and Lead Generation:

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the wellness sector.
• Oversee the development and implementation of lead generation initiatives, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry events.
• Attend wellness-related conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and build relationships.

5. Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Coordination:

• Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and content to drive sales.
• Collaborate with product development or service teams to ensure offerings meet client needs and industry demands.
• Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

6. Sales Reporting and Analytics:

• Monitor and report on sales metrics, including revenue, lead conversion rates, client acquisition, and retention.
• Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies, optimize team performance, and forecast future sales trends.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.

7. Market and Product Expertise:

• Stay up-to-date on wellness industry trends, emerging products, and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies.
• Be a subject matter expert on wellness offerings, providing the sales team and clients with accurate, compelling information.
• Conduct product presentations and demos for clients to showcase the benefits of wellness offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or industry certifications (e.g., Certified Wellness Coach) are a plus.
• 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within the wellness industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing business in a competitive market.
• Strong experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in wellness, health, or lifestyle products and services.

Executive or Senior Executive, Colleges and Chapters

Location: Kim Keat Rd

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time: 830am-6pm (Mon-Thurs) ; 830am - 530pm (Fri)
Salary: $3300 - $4200

Job Responsible:

• Provide secretariat and admin support for Colleges/Chapters organisational needs;
• Attend to meeting notices, agenda and minutes, and meeting logistics, including Council meetings and AGMs;
• Coordinate inputs and feedback on professional opinions;
• Assist in preparation and management of operating budgets;
• Administer requests for payments and invoices;
• Assist in production and distribution of promotional materials;
• Ensure currency and accuracy of information on website;
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations;
• Handle regular continuing medical education and continuing professional development programmes and activities;
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business Administration/Public Relations/Marketing Communication or equivalent;
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Administration and Secretariat support, preferably from the healthcare industry;
• Proficient in MS office;
• Able to work beyond office hours and on weekends/Public Holidays for meetings and events. (Time off given)
