• Supervise culinary department, delegating and assigning duties and responsibilities to the Executive Chef, Chief Steward and staff to ensure the accurate and timely production of all catering events.
• Evaluate changes in guest needs, the hotel’s guest mix, industry and competitive trends to recommend appropriate products, services and operational changes to ensure guest satisfaction, market dominance and financial returns.
• Develop daily, seasonal and special event menus designed to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Meet with clients as needed to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Establish and ensure adherence to all product quality, consistency, presentation, portioning.

As a key and lead of this team based in Asia Pacific, you will be the product and business lead responsible for building out the B2B Travel business for Visa Commercial Solutions. This role includes forming and driving Visa's B2B Travel strategy and launching and prioritizing product capabilities, as well as engaging with key partners including Global Distribution System partners, airlines, hotels and other travel partners and enablers. Additionally, you will be part of the broader Visa B2B Travel team globally.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new team within Visa in AP, managing one of the company’s most important strategic product initiative globally. This role will report to Head of Large and Mid-Market segment in AP as well as secondarily, to the Global B2B Travel team.

Key responsibilities will include

• You will own and drive our B2B Travel segment strategy in Asia Pacific, starting with key markets before scaling and replicating across the region.
• The role will require you to collaborate with key partners both internal and external in executing Visa’s B2B Travel in the region, making key strategies, executing, optimizing portfolio as well as commercial arrangements.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Strategic Customers - Elevate, the mission of the Senior Director - APAC Strategic Engagements (Large Deal Pursuits) is to drive ServiceNow’s long-term revenue growth and profitability through larger and more strategic transactions across our Asia Pacific business. The leader will act as an in-region deal expert, responsible for driving end-to-end deal strategy, developing creative commercial structures, and leading complex negotiations for our most strategic deals. 

The Senior Director - APAC Strategic Engagements (Large Deal Pursuits) will help define and follow a consistent programmatic approach to help the regional sales organizations and cross-functional deal execution teams in APAC to close large, complex, and strategic deals.  The role will utilize collaborative account planning, out-quarter pipeline development, opportunity review cadences, deal coaching and choreography, and thought leadership, to maximize market opportunity and accelerate the sales cycle to close larger deals successfully. 

The Senior Director - APAC Strategic Engagements (Large Deal Pursuits) will be expert in the contractual aspects of ServiceNow’s business, and able to articulate value and structure long-term, complex, multi-product agreements to enable presentation of the right deal to the customer. 

The role also contributes to continuous improvement efforts for the Strategic Engagements team and participates in ServiceNow’s overall transformation effort to establish the best Enterprise salesforce in the industry. 

Priorities & Responsibilities 

• Drive large and complex strategic deals: validate and engage on opportunities where we intend to build > $10M+ NNACV opportunities, tracking deal progression, and escalating risks/needs to senior leaders as needed 

• Champion all collaborative, integrated GTM activities for our Strategic Accounts, including account planning sessions, strategic pursuits, WIN Forums, review cadences or other GTM activities
