RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Administrative responsibility for overseeing all SA property assets within Territory.

The Role

Building Merchandising Strategy

Job Title: Capital Raising, Director (DC/Infrastructure)

Job Summary: As part of our continued growth, ESR is looking to fill a director level role in the Group Capital and New Economy Fund Management.

The candidate will report to the Group Head Capital and New Economy Fund Management and may have a team of one to two analysts/associates under his/her management. The purpose of the role is to establish and manage all the stages of the fund-raising process, i.e. from product design, initial marketing to final documentation and investor negotiations across multiple geographies in Asia. The Group team will serve as an overall coordinator to drive ESR Country Fund execution (leveraging the In-Country capital team) and will take the lead on regional products. This is to ensure all investor relations activities are promptly and accurately executed and reported thanks to a rigorous and efficient methodology, and to provide strategic information as well as transparent and consistent communication for the investor presentations.

You will have raised Institutional Capital before and have strong Real Estate, Infrastructure and/or Data Centre knowledge. ESR already deals with 12 of the Top 20 Real Estate Institutional Investors globally, so you do not need to come with a significant rolodex. However, relationships with Smaller Institutions, Pensions, Insurance companies, Family offices and HNW’s in the region would be a significant advantage.

The position would ideally be based in Singapore but could be based in one of our other Asian office locations for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build best-in-class processes and project manage capital raising execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing investors and identify new potential investors for our products including institutional investors, HNW individuals and family offices.
• Actively aim to expand ESR’s investor relations and raise capital from new relations.
• Assimilate fund raising marketing materials including DDQ, implement periodic updates of the relevant source information.

This exciting opportunity is for someone to build and aid in the continued growth and expansion of Ogury within our SEA markets. As the Sr Director SEA Growth you will work with leading advertisers and agencies to maximize the revenue opportunity across SEA and act as a market expert for Ogury.

You will contribute and actively work to grow existing and new books of business, executing the company's Go-to-market strategy, building business opportunities and collaborating effectively with other cross functional partners to ensure client satisfaction and success.

This role will report directly to our Managing Director, APAC and manage a team of sellers.

You will be based in our Singapore office where we welcome our team in office 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prospect, hunting, securing meetings, and closing business to exceed revenue targets

● Help us to develop sales strategies for long-term growth

● Contribute to improving the effectiveness of outreach, go-to-market strategies, and presentations to lead clients down the sales funnel

● Track activity throughout all facets of the sales cycle to help guide towards important growth decisions and bring success triggers to the forefront; in other words, measure everything through use of Salesforce to determine those activities that are the best predictors of success

This role is to lead the ICE Fixed Income & Data Services Commercial team in Singapore covering South Asia, grow the book of business and manage a team of sales professionals. The role directly reports to the Senior Director, Sales - APAC. ICE Fixed Income & Data Services. The candidate will lead from the front and directly impact the future growth of the business through their strong leadership skills, communication, collaborations, sales experience and industry network.

The New Business Sales Team under South Asia comprises of 3 teams covering Singapore, Australia & New Zealand and Southeast and South Asia. There will also be mentoring and guidance across departments for example presales, business development, product and client service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for South Asia
• Support and coach the team in deal creation/progression/closing, complex sales and negotiations
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships in particular with the ‘C-Suite’ and Senior Managers
• Produce accurate revenue forecasting for new business sales and keep an up-to-date pipeline, contacts and visit records in SalesForce CRM system

This position requires a solid background in the maritime industry, along with outstanding technical and commercial expertise.

Key Accountabilities:

GTM Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to define and articulate a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, focusing on communicating the value proposition of the company's unique approach and technology platform.
• Align the platform's capabilities with key industry priorities, including decarbonisation, fuel savings, emissions trading, and regulatory compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, strategy, and product teams to leverage domain expertise, industry insights, and market knowledge in defining potential solutions and options.

Business Development:

• Support the CCO in active customer engagements, spanning initial outreach, functional demonstrations, and deal closure.
• Deliver high-level overviews of the platform and collaborate with domain experts to address specific functionality queries informed by market trends and client feedback.
• Serve as a customer advocate throughout the engagement process, identifying and clarifying customer feedback and requirements.

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
