The Requirements:

Director of Guest Services

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MANAGE THE DAILY GUEST SERVICES OPERATIONS: CONCIERGE, BELL SERVICE, DOOR SERVICE, PARKING VALET, NIGHT RUNNERS

• Leading the direction and supervision of all Guest Services duties are performed and maintained in accordance with the hotel’s standards and in line with hotels’ strategic plan

As the APAC Field Marketing Director – you will be focused on the entire APAC region and be part of the Global Field Marketing team. You will have a chance to develop, plan and execute marketing activities that drive sales in very close partnership and collaboration with the APAC General Manager. You will lead of team made up of three distinct roles: Field Marketers, Partner Marketers and Marketing Development Reps (lead qualifiers) in the regions of Australia, SEA, India, South Korea and Japan. Key Responsibilities:

1.Oversee end-to-end planning for GTM (capacity, headcount, quotas, pipeline) and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the day-to-day beneficiary marketing program to capture additional export-LC revenue, increase document capture rate, and drive increased volume of FI programs. This includes getting access to systems and reports to help with information gathering.
• Work closely with Sales in origination country and other regions to maximize the capture of such flows.
