About our Performance Management - TB Modelling Team
Team is dedicated to designing and implementing automated models that accurately measure productivity and utilization across all operational teams within Transaction Banking at an enterprise-wide scale. The process begins with mapping each team’s activities, identifying associated cycle times, and sourcing volume data directly from system records, followed by analyzing complexity drivers—factors that increase effort and cycle times—to determine the end-to-end effort required for each process. These activities are systematically categorized under global standards, ensuring consistency across teams, or classified as country-specific nuances to address localized regulatory or operational requirements.
The data is then transformed into insightful visualizations using tools like Tableau dashboards. These dashboards provide actionable insights, including productivity trends, team performance rankings, and prioritized improvement areas. Beyond performance evaluation, the models serve as critical enablers for corporate planning, business impact analysis, and identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization. By delivering these comprehensive insights, team supports data-driven decision-making, enhances operational efficiency, and aligns team performance with the strategic objectives of Transaction Banking on a global scale.
