Job Summary: As part of our continued growth, ESR is looking to fill a director level role in the Group Capital and New Economy Fund Management.

The candidate will report to the Group Head Capital and New Economy Fund Management and may have a team of one to two analysts/associates under his/her management. The purpose of the role is to establish and manage all the stages of the fund-raising process, i.e. from product design, initial marketing to final documentation and investor negotiations across multiple geographies in Asia. The Group team will serve as an overall coordinator to drive ESR Country Fund execution (leveraging the In-Country capital team) and will take the lead on regional products. Responsibilities

• Talent advisor: Advise clients on talent acquisition and management strategies, develop a specialist proposition and talent pool to effectively engage with clients etc.
• Career advisor: Evaluate candidate’s aspirations/ goals and provide value added advice on potential opportunities, provide thorough support to candidates ranging from interviews to offer management etc.
• Team collaborator: Contribute to team initiatives that help to build your brand, including networking sessions, marketing collaterals etc.
• Business developer: Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships, manage and grow your client portfolio

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have:

• 1 to 6 years of post-graduate experience
• A proven track record within fast-paced and service-oriented industries
• A propensity to build strong relationships with people
• Drive for developing your career in an entrepreneurial environment
• An engaging and tenacious disposition
• A high level of integrity
• Excellent communication skills

This exciting opportunity is for someone to build and aid in the continued growth and expansion of Ogury within our SEA markets. As the Sr Director SEA Growth you will work with leading advertisers and agencies to maximize the revenue opportunity across SEA and act as a market expert for Ogury.

You will contribute and actively work to grow existing and new books of business, executing the company's Go-to-market strategy, building business opportunities and collaborating effectively with other cross functional partners to ensure client satisfaction and success.

This role will report directly to our Managing Director, APAC and manage a team of sellers.

You will be based in our Singapore office where we welcome our team in office 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prospect, hunting, securing meetings, and closing business to exceed revenue targets

● Help us to develop sales strategies for long-term growth

● Contribute to improving the effectiveness of outreach, go-to-market strategies, and presentations to lead clients down the sales funnel

● Track activity throughout all facets of the sales cycle to help guide towards important growth decisions and bring success triggers to the forefront; in other words, measure everything through use of Salesforce to determine those activities that are the best predictors of success

● Engage with advertisers of all levels from daily leads to senior level executives to support sales team efforts and achieve deal growth What you will bring to Ogury

● Proven experience in digital ad sales with a track record in both programmatic and/or managed service type deals

● Previous mobile experience

● You are located in Singapore and an expert on the territory with an established network of decision makers across agencies and clients (Singapore / South East Asia)

● Experience breaking new business and reliably growing existing accounts

● Love the fundamentals of sales, measuring what works, and being in front of potential clients

● You have an eagerness to work in a startup team environment

● You love autonomy that comes with working remotely

● You are an educator and business consultant – connecting with clients to maximize their potential and relationship with Ogury

● Stellar presenter and comfort with executive-level interaction

Responsibilities

Lead and ensure day-to-day smooth warehouse/ logistics operations.

Managing warehouse and logistics functions regionally

Accountable for generating new and potential customer/business

Oversee and manage shipments regionally

Ensure safe work environment fo the operations.

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations

Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience

Strong communication and presentation skills
