Job Summary
As the Integrated Associate Director / Director, you support the Integrated Client Leads as a key client partner to develop and grow business while maintaining and strengthening account relationships. Through a deep understanding of the clients' vision, purpose and strategy you will work to drive holistic business outcomes within creativity, technology, data & analytics and marketing holistically. You will support strategic relationship-building across the Dentsu network to service our regional clients, identify opportunities and enable successful revenue growth. Depending on workload, you may handle 2 or more accounts in this role.
Existing Business and Projects
· Coordinates all client development activities from a project management perspective; driving the planning, the cadence and efficiency of such activities
· Develops, implements and manages project plans, with the ability to create detailed work break-down structures. Ensures that proper forecasting is being done for all projects on assigned accounts. Sets up and runs all necessary key touch-point meetings in the process
· Establish and expand relationships with key client contacts becoming their go-to contact for project execution
· Prepares and circulates periodic Client Development status reports
· Project manages all client development initiatives, including orchestrating teams to ensure delivery of project milestones, managing project timelines and budgets across all workstreams, updating key stakeholders on status, risks and assessments, etc.
Incremental business – Pitch support
· Provides project management, directional and strategic oversight to pitch/resource teams, while executing against tight timelines
· Establishes relationships built on credibility, trust and service-minded approach to solve problems
· Manages the RFP response process from kickoff to submission
· Creates, manages, enforces and publishes project plans, RACI’s and timelines when responding to RFIs, RFPs and presentations to prospective clients
Key Experiences
· At least 5 years of agency side experience, preferably involving a complex regional or global client with multiple engagements
· Experience managing senior client relationships independently
· Experience leading a team to deliver best-in-class client campaigns
· Multi-market APAC knowledge and experience
· Experience across integrated client accounts preferred
· Experience in sponsorship management
