Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the LED display or related technology industry.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing large teams, and achieving revenue targets in an APAC context.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director (Attraction Projects) is responsible for leading the comprehensive development of major attraction projects at Resorts World Sentosa, focusing on show and ride components. As the APAC Field Marketing Director – you will be focused on the entire APAC region and be part of the Global Field Marketing team. You will have a chance to develop, plan and execute marketing activities that drive sales in very close partnership and collaboration with the APAC General Manager. You will lead of team made up of three distinct roles: Field Marketers, Partner Marketers and Marketing Development Reps (lead qualifiers) in the regions of Australia, SEA, India, South Korea and Japan. You will have dotted line responsibility for the Greater China marketing team. This region is expected to direct report mid way thru year one. This role direct reports to the Global Field Marketing Vice President and dotted line dual reports to the APAC General Manager.

What you will be working on

You will lead a team of officers responsible for managing the Withdrawal Schemes administration under Account Closure. Your role involves improving business processes and efficiency by actively seeking enhancements and collaborating across departments.
